This unique formula is a broad spectrum medication that is highly effective against Ick, velvet disease and protozoan parasites, which cause closed fins, sluggishness and scratching on rocks. Aquari-Sol works in all freshwater aquariums regardless of pH or water hardness. It is safe for most aquatic plants and has not harmful effects on fish when used according to the directions. For disease treatment, apply Aquari-Sol once every 24 hours according to the dosing chart. Raise water temperature to 85F during treatment. Replace carbon 24 hours after final treatment. Aquari-Sol typically cures within 24 hours however the treatment can be repeated every 24 hours if necessary or until fish are cured. Mild enough to be used as a weekly preventative or as a dip solution for aquarium fish nets. 1 ounce treats 500 gallons.

Shake Well Before Using
Before administering any medication, it is wise to check your water quality levels to ensure they are within their acceptable ranges. Discard any carbon from the filter, but do not discontinue filtration. DISEASE TREATMENT: Use 12 drops per 10 gallons and raise water temperature to 85°F during treatment. Replace carbon 24 hours after final treatment. PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT: Use 12 drops per 10 gallons weekly. For weekly preventative use, removal of carbon and temperature increase is not required. FOR NET DIP: Use one teaspoon per 10 gallons of water. Change 50% of the water if fish show any signs of distress during treatment or an accidental overdose of this product occurs.
