ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA

ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA is a mixture of massive amounts of beneficial bacteria (minimum count of 30,000,000 per ounce) that make the water purer and maintain a healthy aquatic environment. The bacteria are in a dormant state until they come in contact with ammonia and nitrite in the aquarium water, even after extended periods of bottled storage. This concentrated formula will eliminate harmful ammonia and nitrite to help prevent fish loss. ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA is an all-natural product so you don’t need to worry about overdosing. This product won’t harm live plants, domestic animals, or humans. You can use it in any size of freshwater or saltwater aquarium. Be sure to use ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA when setting up an aquarium, adding new fish, changing aquarium filter cartridges, and after using a medication.

CLEARS CLOUDY WATER

Cloudy water is most often caused by the minute dirt and debris particles suspended in the water. This excess cloudiness is caused by bacterial blooms (growth spurts) that are out of control. The blooms are a result of excess nutrients (from over feeding) in the water or too much lighting. These tiny blooms and particles can quickly spoil the aquarium’s appearance, harm fish gill membranes, and deprive live plants of the essential light needed to grow. CLEARS CLOUDY WATER instantly clumps these particles together so they can drop out of suspension in the water and fall to the gravel bed or become large enough to be removed by the aquarium’s filter.
Cloudiness is also caused by ammonia, which is due to overfeeding, overcrowding, or poor maintenance. The proper way to handle this cause of cloudy water is to first treat with REMOVES AMMONIA and then use CLEARS CLOUDY WATER a day later. If you’re not sure which is the cause of your cloudy water, then use the TESTS THE WATER QUALITY kit and be sure.

CONDITIONS TAP WATER

To protect the human population from dying off from drinking contaminated water, local water companies add chemicals such as chlorine and chloramines to disinfect the water from harmful organisms that can make people sick. This treated tap water is perfectly safe for humans but can be extremely deadly to your aquarium fish. CONDITIONS TAP WATER helps condition aquarium water by neutralizing harmful chlorine found in tap water. This product also has properties to precipitate and detoxify heavy metals so that these elements do not affect the aquarium’s fish or plants.

REMOVES AMMONIA

Most dechlorinators on the market today have no effect on the highly toxic chloramine in city water. When this tap water is added to an aquarium, the chloramine kills fish, corals, and live plants. A chemical reaction then gives off deadly ammonia, which gives fish little chance of survival. REMOVES AMMONIA is the safe and easy way to neutralize these harmful toxins in freshwater or saltwater environments. This product instantly protects fish and invertebrates by quickly eliminating all forms of chlorine, chloramine, ammonia, and heavy metals. REMOVES AMMONIA significantly increases the number of fish and aquatic life that you can safely keep in temporary containers, such as small aquariums and clear plastic shipping bags. The product leaves aquarium water fresh, clean, and perfectly safe for all fish and aquatic life. This non-toxic formula is phosphate and formaldehyde free, safe for all aquatic life, and will not interfere with pH levels or biological cycle. REMOVES AMMONIA is also great for treating ammonia build-up in goldfish, turtle, or newt tanks, as well as small bowls, desk-top aquariums, and all tropical fish systems.

TESTS WATER QUALITY

Included in this easy-to-use TESTS THE WATER QUALITY kit are two kinds of test strips. With theses strips, you can test for ammonia levels and know when to change the water in your aquarium or pond. Designed with the aquarist in mind, the enclosed test strips are fast and easy to use, with no wet or hazardous chemicals involved.
TESTS THE WATER QUALITY test strips give you an indication of your nitrate and nitrite concentrations, which can build up in your aquarium due to the presence of uneaten food, fish waste, bacteria, and ammonia. They also show you when the water quality levels have become harmful and a water change is needed.
