ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA is a mixture of massive amounts of beneficial bacteria (minimum count of 30,000,000 per ounce) that make the water purer and maintain a healthy aquatic environment. The bacteria are in a dormant state until they come in contact with ammonia and nitrite in the aquarium water, even after extended periods of bottled storage. This concentrated formula will eliminate harmful ammonia and nitrite to help prevent fish loss. ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA is an all-natural product so you don’t need to worry about overdosing. This product won’t harm live plants, domestic animals, or humans. You can use it in any size of freshwater or saltwater aquarium. Be sure to use ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA when setting up an aquarium, adding new fish, changing aquarium filter cartridges, and after using a medication.

Directions for Setting Up a New Aquarium
Use 10 drops per gallon of aquarium water, or 10 ml (2 teaspoons) per 10 gallons. Repeat every seven days for two weeks. Thereafter, switch to a weekly maintenance dosage. For marine or saltwater aquariums, double dosage is recommended.
Weekly maintenance
Use 5 drops per gallon of aquarium water weekly, or 5 ml (1 teaspoon) per 10 gallons weekly.
Adding new fish
Use when adding new fish, ADDS BENEFICIAL BACTERIA makes fish introduction safer and less stressful. Use 5 drops per gallon of aquarium water, or 5 ml (1 teaspoons) per 10 gallons.
After using medication
Remove any medication in the aquarium water with activated carbon before application. Use 10 drops per gallon of aquarium water, or 10 ml (2 teaspoons) per 10 gallons. Revert to weekly dosage thereafter.

Caution
Keep out of reach of children. Not for human consumption. For aquarium or ornamental fish use only. Not for fish intended for human consumption. This product has an extended shelf life. A minimum shelf-life of three years is guaranteed. Do not freeze contents in bottle. Do not store above 120°F for extended periods of time.
